These terms govern your use of clinicbuild.co.uk. They are not the contract for our services — that is a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

What ClinicBuild is, and is not
ClinicBuild is a technology and marketing partner to UK community pharmacies. We are not a pharmacy, we are not a prescriber, and we do not provide healthcare, clinical advice or medicines to patients.
Where our platform supports a private clinical service, that service is provided by the pharmacy under its own GPhC registration, and any prescribing is done by an Independent Prescriber engaged by that pharmacy. Clinical responsibility and professional accountability sit with the pharmacy and that prescriber at all times.
Nothing on this site is clinical, legal, regulatory or financial advice. Pharmacies remain responsible for their own regulatory compliance, including their obligations to the GPhC, the MHRA, the ASA and the ICO.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site without notice. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted.
Accuracy, figures and illustrations
We take care over the content of this site, but it is provided for general information. Some figures shown — including search volumes, partner numbers, revenue figures, patient numbers and the outputs of any calculator or modelling tool — are illustrative placeholders or estimates. They are not forecasts, projections, promises or guarantees of any result.
The patient-number modeller on our Clinic Build page is a simple arithmetic illustration based on inputs you choose. Actual results depend on your catchment, pricing, eligibility criteria, competition, clinical decisions and media spend. Do not make a commercial decision on the basis of it alone.
Any comparison of our service with alternatives reflects our own assessment of the routes realistically available to an independent pharmacy at the time of writing. It is not a statement about any named provider. Check current terms directly with any provider before you decide.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative, exclusive of VAT unless stated, and may change. Media spend, prescriber fees, stock and medication are not included in any price shown and are paid by the pharmacy directly. A binding price is the one in a written quote or a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, graphics and brand of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt them without our written permission, other than temporary copies made in the ordinary course of browsing.
Where we build a site or clinic for a pharmacy, the intellectual property position — including the domain, the content and the platform licence — is set out in that pharmacy’s agreement with us, not here.
Third-party links and demonstration builds
This site links to demonstration builds and third-party sites. Demonstration builds are concept previews for illustration only; they are not live clinical services, and nothing in them should be treated as a real appointment, prescription or patient record. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we exclude all implied warranties in relation to this site, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. This site is aimed at business users; we do not accept liability for business losses arising from reliance on its general content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
